Iran again threatens to suspend crude oil exports to six EU countries.

Iranian Deputy Oil Minister Ahmad Qalebani has threatened again on Monday to immediately stop exporting crude oil to six EU countries: Spain, the Netherlands, Greece, Germany, Italy and Portugal. Just yesterday, the Iranian government announced the suspension of crude oil sales to British and French companies.

"Undoubtedly if the hostile actions of certain European countries continue, oil exports to these countries will be interrupted," Qalebani was quoted as saying by Iran's state-run Press TV.

Qalebani, who is also the managing director of the National Iranian Oil Company, has warned that oil prices will reach $150 per barrel in the future. At the moment, a barrel of Brent crude, the benchmark in Europe, costs 121 dollars. EUROPA PRESS
